A meeting of the English speaking section of the Barreau de Montréal will be in Courtroom 2.17, Palais de Justice, 1 Notre-Dame St. East, Montréal, on Wednesday, March 31, 1999 at 5:15 p.m. to select nominees of the section as candidates for three positions, two as English speaking Councillors and one as Bâtonnier.

The candidates selected by the English speaking section will then be put forward in nomination for election to the Council of the Bar of Montréal, at the Annual General Meeting of the Barreau de Montréal on Wednesday, May 5, 1999.

Any member of the English speaking section wishing to put forward his or her candidacy should contact the President of the Nominating Committee at the address set out below no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, March 29, 1999.

The Bâtonnier will address the meeting.
