Adequate knowledge of French

When issuing a permit, professional orders must consider that a person has adequate knowledge if

• they have completed at least three years of full-time secondary or post-secondary education in French;
• they have passed the French-as-a-first-language exam for secondary levels 4 or 5;
• they obtained a high school diploma in Quebec in the 1985-86 school year or later.

I do not have sufficient knowledge of French.
